Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure payments through PayPal. You can pay directly with your PayPal balance or use a debit/credit card through PayPal’s secure gateway.

Orders and Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled or modified, including correcting delivery addresses, within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Which carrier do you use for delivery?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days within the United Kingdom. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is £3.99 GBP per order. Any free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking will be available within 24 hours after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals.

Which items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Live plants

  • Decking (if pre-installed)

  • Used planters

  • Opened sachets of aggregates or compost

How do I return an item?
To start a return, please contact us at support@rainbowplantcentre.shop with your order number. Our team will provide instructions for the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, missing components, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Do I need to check my order upon delivery?
Yes. We encourage customers to inspect their order as soon as it is received. Please report any visible damage, missing items, or wrong products within 48 hours of delivery maximum.
